Hello ? Hope all of you were in good conditions.
And this post was dedicated (cehhh :p) to all COFFEE LOVERS.

If you thivk you're a coffee lover,be one level more to a coffee expert-or at least a coffee smooth-talker!Knowing one or two of thee tidbits just might come in handy in your conversation over coffee with someone you're trying to impreee.That or just some fun coffee facts every cofee lover should know.

1.Coffee was ONCE ILLEGAL
Yes, it was declared illegal 3 times by 3 different cultures.From Mecca during 16th century and the prohibition was lifted after 30 years of debate among scholars and jurists.To the second,Charles the II in Europe banning coffee houses trying to quell the ongoing rebellion yet it backfired and was never enforced.(People NEED their COFFEE).The third was Fredrick who banned the beverage in Germany in 1677 because he was concerned with the economic implications of money leaving the country on this new popular beverage.


2.Cofee beans are not really beans !
Coffee beans are not really beans at all but berries from the coffee tree bush.Coffee tree bushes live 60 to 70 years.

3.No more snails and slugs!
Coffee grounds sprinkled on the ground around plants and the garden will stop snails and slugs form eating the plants.



4.2nd most traded commodity in the world!
Oil is the most widely used product in the world,coffee is next in line.

5.Expresso is a drink,not a bean.
Expresso is adrink to a paricular type of bean , it is a drink.More specifically it is a type of coffee brewing method.


6.Light has MORE CAFFEINE than dark
Contrary to popular belief light roast coffee actually has more caffeine than dark roast coffee.The reason for this is that the longer coffee is roasted the more caffeine cooked out of bean.

7.Coffe is naturally A No-Calorie beverage
If you like your coffee black , or without sugar , milk or other additives,then it's a no-calorie beverage.then it's a no calorie beverage.That's why coffee is a favoyurite drink among people who are dieting.

8.Coffee was discovered by a GOAT !!!
''What?''You say.Yes,it's true!Coffee was discovered by a goat,more specifically a young goat herder by the name of Kaldi in 9th century.He noticed his goats acting strange when they ate the cherries from the coffee tree so he tried it for himself :3
